A Masters graduate of Trinity Laban Conservatoire, NIKITA FAIE is a neurodivergent, genre-bending indie artist and classical soprano, whose voice was described as "enchanting" by BBC's Leo Ulph. Think Stevie Nicks meets Ludovico Einaudi. Shapeshifting vocals melt from atmospheric to fiery and sometimes extend into operatic range, matching the sensitive subjects penned in her original work.
Fresh from classical training with support from scholarships and crowdfunding, and performing at venues like Monserrat Cathedral, The Queen's House and St.Pancras Old Church, Nikita has announced her genre-bending ep 'INSOMNIAC' supported by Help Musicians.
Faie has performed at Silfest (Imperial College London), Broadstairs Folk Week, The Penny Theatre, The Harp Restrung, The Plantation, The Polish Hearth Club (Kensington), Blackheath Halls, The Queen's House, St.Pancras Old Church (helping to raise £1500 for Save the Children Ukraine), The Tunbridge Wells Forum, The Plantation, The Surya, The Turner Sims Concert Hall, The Talking Heads, Montserrat Monastery + live on BBC Radio Kent. Her work has been covered by The Holy Trinity Choir and premiered on Pilgrims Hospice's annual Trees of Love service and on radio stations across the UK and Europe including BBC Radio Kent + Amazing Radio. She has collaborated with Bare Voice Orchestra, with Folk 365 + now performs as part of AURARIA duo.
Nikita's operatic roles include Helmwige + Sieglinde (Die Walkure - Trinity Laban Opera Scenes), Rosalinde (Die Flederaus - Trinity Laban Opera Scenes), Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni - Trinity Laban Opera Scenes); Soprano solo (Lamento Della Ninfa - Trinity Laban Opera); Louise (Louise - Trinity Laban Opera Scenes); Mollie Fezziwig (A Christmas Carol - Trinity Laban Opera); Madame Herz (Der Schauspieldirektor - Puzzle Piece Opera); 1st Lady (The Magic Flute - Trinity Laban Opera Scenes). She was a step-out soloist in Purcell's Come Ye Sons of Art with Southampton Chamber Opera and for Michael Finnissy’s Remembrance Day world premiere with London Sinfonietta and EXAUDI. She has worked in Masterclasses with world-renowned opera singers: Elizabeth Lewellyn, Susan Bullock CBE, Roderick Williams OBE + Vocal + Linguistic Maestro Coach Ubaldo Fabbri.

"I had an amazing time with Nikita and can't recommend her lessons enough. The lessons are fun and tailored to your own style and pace." - Zoe H
"I am thrilled with the progress I am making with Nikita. In my first lesson, I said I was tone-deaf. Now just five lessons on, I am able to hold a tune and can sing with confidence. I am so excited to continue working with Nikita's guidance. I am a visual learner and she helps me understand how to use and project my voice by explaining techniques in different ways." - Jacqueline Freeston
"I started working with Nikita a few months ago. I had no prior experience singing and I had absolutely zero musical talent. Thanks to her incredible teaching skills, I have improved so much and gained so much confidence that I'm now singing at open mics. Not only she is a really good musician herself, but also she knows all about developing healthy vocal techniques, how to sing in particular styles, and how to go about practising to develop specific skills. She teaches with zero judgement, infinite patience, great attention to detail, and at the perfect pace for your level. During lessons, you will notice how hard she works so you can become the best version of yourself. I do not think vocal teaching could be any better than hers." - Serhat Ozgel
"I have learned more with Nikita than in the two-year performing arts course I studied. I feel more confident with singing now I have learned to understand how to use my voice and breathing. Nikita is really nice to work with and easy to understand, which makes each lesson enjoyable. I look forward to achieving more as the weeks go on." - Ellie Freeston
"Nikita is a wonderful teacher who inspires me to sing more and more, lesson after lesson. I had never sung properly before being taught by her and from the start, she was able to explain concepts and techniques to me simply and was able to adjust lessons to accommodate my own singing goals. Sessions were never dull and I am a far more confident singer now than I ever thought I would be!" - Charlie English
"I finally took a leap of faith and went on the hunt for a vocal coach. Within the next day Nikita had made contact with me and the first lesson was booked. To say that I am so grateful the others never came back to me is an understatement. Maybe it was fate? Nikita makes the whole experience really relaxed and this was a big help having never really performed in front of people. As the lessons have progressed it has become even easier and what I have gained over just a few months of lessons is amazing...
...In this short time, I can honestly stay that I have seen such an improvement. Not just from my vocals, but understanding the theory of what I am learning and doing. Nikita's support and her skill in explaining things in a manner that works for me has made me self-belief start to shine. If you're searching/thinking about getting some vocal coaching, then search no more." - Ross Halfpenny
